With deep roots in Schaumburg for more than 50 years, I’ve built my career around helping people protect what matters most - their families, homes, businesses, and future - while staying closely connected to the community that helped shape who I am.

I spent the first 25+ years of my life growing up here: going to school, learning to drive, building lifelong friendships, and forming values that still guide me today. Being back in my childhood hometown and now serving the people and families who call this community home is something I genuinely appreciate.

I’m Joe Ferrazza, and outside the office, I’m a husband, proud father of three, and owner of a loyal rescue dog who is very much part of the family. Music has always been a passion of mine, and this time of year is one of my favorites. Fall usually means family time, football weekends, changing leaves, and enjoying everything that comes with the season in the Midwest.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and later completed my MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School. Before entering the insurance industry, I spent more than a decade working in professional sports and motorsports. Those experiences taught me a great deal about teamwork, preparation, accountability, and relationships - qualities that continue to influence how I lead my office and serve customers today.

Professionally, I’m passionate about helping individuals, families - including families with children who have special needs - and small business owners prepare for life’s changes.
